My Neurodiversity-Informed Coaching Approach
My coaching approach is designed for flexibility and comprehensive support, delivered virtually. Here’s what a typical arrangement looks like:

Confidential Virtual Sessions: We’ll meet regularly via secure online video calls, at a pace that suits your needs (weekly, bi-weekly, or more frequently). This provides a convenient and private space for us to work together.

Consistent Digital Communication: I offer ongoing support through weekly text, email, and phone communication, ensuring you feel supported between sessions, wherever you are.

Collaborative Partnerships: I believe in a team approach.

Clinical Professionals – If beneficial to the process, I’ll maintain open communication, ensuring seamless and coordinated support.

Workplace Manager – If requested and both you and your direct supervisor agree, I can serve to strengthen communication and understanding at work.

My Strengths as a Coach
Empathy.
People who work with me — especially autistic and ADHD professionals or those managing anxiety and depression — feel seen, understood, and supported through strengths-based coaching.
Seeing the you in “you.”
Even when you can’t see it, I recognize unique strengths, including those that may come from being autistic or managing anxiety and depression, and help you appreciate your own abilities.
Guidance and Mapping.
I help you see where you are on your life and career map, so you can find solid ground and then go for what matters, step by step. I provide executive functioning support, which is especially helpful for autistic individuals or those dealing with anxiety and depression, guiding you to take manageable steps forward.
Making Networking Work.
I offer networking strategies tailored to your comfort zone (it is possible) and make social connections less overwhelming.
Getting You Unstuck.
Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, AuDHD or neurotypical, I help you identify barriers and move forward with confidence through strengths-based, neurodiversity-informed coaching.
